A handsome staircase leads to arguably one of the most panoramic ocean view lounge settings in St Ives, views from the harbour all the way to Godrevy lighthouse. Floor to ceiling windows with generous seating and a sky television, some guests may not want to leave this living area all week! The ground floor accommodates the master bedroom with an en suite shower room and a very spacious, well equipped kitchen diner with patio doors leading outside to the expansive terrace balcony.

On the lower ground floor you will find the super king bedroom with zip/lock features which can be arranged to be two singles on request, a family bathroom with shower over bath facilities, a double bedroom and two separate single bedrooms all with ample storage space. A utility room with washing machine and dryer completes the lower ground floor set up. A set of patio doors in one of the single rooms leads to the Mediterranean style back garden.

Sleeping up to eight people with ample parking space for three cars makes this the perfect holiday spot for couples, friends and big families alike. The terraced balcony and Mediterranean style garden is spectacular for those who love al fresco dining, trying their hand at cooking on the BBQ and relaxing on the sun loungers whilst soaking up the beautiful ocean views.
