The kitchen is fitted with and electric cooker and hob, larder fridge, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

This is a light and airy lounge that has a TV and a double sofa bed and a double bedroom just off the lounge (please note there are no external windows in the bedroom). There is a wet room with a shower and a separate wc with basin. Newly decorated living space makes for a welcoming visit and stay ideally located for everyone to enjoy the buzz of St. Ives on your doorstep.

4 Baileys Lane is suited to a couple or a small family. With the main bedroom being separate from the living accommodation, the sofa bed is situated in the living space and is suitable for two small children or an additional adult who want a bolt hole to snuggle up in, lazy days on the beach and to dine in some of the varied and wide selection of restaurants and bars that St Ives has to offer.
